Melisa Lopez is a commercial real estate marketing leader with nearly 15 years of experience creating strategies and experiences that bring places to life. Throughout her career, Melisa has worked with some of the industry’s most recognized owners, operators and developers, including Caruso, Blackstone’s Perform Properties and Colliers.
Her work has ranged from property-level marketing strategy and large-scale programming to tenant engagement, partnerships, redevelopment initiatives and portfolio-wide marketing efforts. This breadth of experience gives her a unique perspective on both the operational realities of a property and the experience of the people who visit it.
An LA native, Melisa has always been fascinated by the way places evolve and how development can transform not just a property, but the neighborhood and community around it. Today, she brings that perspective to Now & Here, partnering with teams to create places people want to visit, experience and return to.
